Spring awakening soundbath & hike

Let's gather and recharge with a joyful, healing soundbath and a short hike to connect with nature and that spring energy!

You don't need to bring anything but an open heart, but here are some practical items you might want to have:

• Any cozy blankets, pillows, or mats. I have mats and blankets here too but some women like to bring their own

• A pair of warm socks are great to keep your toes warm (feet get cold when we enter a state of deep relaxation)

• Hicking boots or sneakers

• Comfortable clothing
