Summer bursts onto the scene with the vibrant energy of the fire element, infusing our days with thrilling activities driven by the dynamic yang energy of movement and expansion! As we shift into the late summer season, we may feel the heavy hug of the earth element, encouraging us to nourish and care for ourselves more deeply. This season invites us to slow down to receive and digest all the goodness and juiciness of life.
This nourishing transition prepares us for the upcoming shift to autumn, the beginning of the yin seasons.
